Getting started with LILIES UNIVERSE

Create your account, redeem an access code, set up your profile and take the guided tour to learn the app.

LILIES UNIVERSE is a fan community for LISA fans (Lilies). It counts your LISA streams, ranks fans and countries on leaderboards, and brings everyone together in streaming parties, battles, quests and chats. This guide walks you through your first minutes in the app.

1. Create your account

1. Open lilies-universe.com on any device, or the LILIES UNIVERSE app on Android.
2. Choose Sign up and register with your email address or your Google account.
3. Enter your access code. You get one from the LILIES UNIVERSE team or your fanbase admins. Alternatively you can start a Premium subscription on the website.
4. Confirm that you are at least 16 years old. LILIES UNIVERSE is only for people aged 16 and older; your date of birth is only used for this check and is not saved.

2. Set up your profile

1. Pick your country. It decides which country leaderboards, country chat and battles you belong to.
2. Choose a username (3–30 characters, letters, numbers and underscores). Other Lilies see this name in chats and leaderboards, and you can change it later.
3. Link at least one social account (Instagram, X, Facebook or TikTok). It helps us keep the community free of fake accounts.
4. Select the streaming platforms you use. You can connect them properly later on the Connect Platforms page.

3. Take the guided tour

After your first login the app offers a short guided tour. It highlights the menu, leaderboards, playlists, chats, goals, your streak, the schedule and your profile one by one, and you earn LILIE STAR COINS for finishing it. You can restart the tour at any time in Settings.

4. Make your streams count

Your streams only appear in the app once a tracking method is set up. Pick what fits your devices:
