Help with the app

The fastest way is Help & Support inside the app (in the menu). Your ticket goes straight to our team, you can attach up to 3 screenshots, and you'll see our answer in the app. Before you write, the guides may already answer your question, for example about the browser extension or the Android live counter.

Email

You can always email us at liliesuniverse.support@gmail.com. Please write from the email address of your account and tell us your username, so we can find you quickly.

• Account and data requests (copy of your data, deleting your account or parts of your data): use the subject "Delete my account" or "Delete my data". We answer within 30 days, as described in our privacy policy.
• Orders from the LILIES SHOP: please use the order chat in the app first, so everything about your order stays in one place.
• Reports about other members: use the report option on the message or profile in the app; see the community guidelines.
• Partnerships, fanbases and press: email us with a short description of your idea.
