Your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a LILIES Premium subscription bought on our website within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days start on the day the contract is made (the day you subscribe).

To withdraw, use the button "Withdraw from contract here" (Settings → Manage subscription), or send us a clear statement by email or letter: Yvonne Lakits, Enzersdorferstraße 67a/2/20, 2401 Fischamend, Österreich, liliesuniverse.support@gmail.com. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to. It is enough to send your withdrawal before the 14 days are over.

What happens when you withdraw

Premium ends right away. Within 14 days we pay back what you paid, minus the share for the days you already used, using the same payment method you used. You pay no fees for this.

Because you asked for Premium to start right away during the 14 days, you pay a fair share for the days until you withdraw. If you joined with an access code, your free access stays in any case.

Google Play and App Store

If you subscribed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, their refund rules apply. Please request a refund there; we can't refund those payments ourselves.
