Refund Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

How refunds work for everything you can pay for in LILIES UNIVERSE. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer law.

1. Premium on the website: 14-day withdrawal

Within 14 days of subscribing on our website you can withdraw without giving a reason, with "Withdraw from contract here" under Settings → Manage subscription, or by email. Premium ends right away and you get back what you paid, minus a fair share for the days already used. See the Right of withdrawal page for details.

2. Cancelling after 14 days

You can cancel any time under Settings → Manage subscription. Premium then runs until the end of the period you already paid for and is not renewed. Partly used months or years are not refunded, unless the law requires it.

3. Changing plans

When you switch from monthly to yearly, the unused part of your current month is credited automatically against the yearly price.

4. Google Play and App Store

Subscriptions bought through Google Play or the Apple App Store are billed and refunded by Google or Apple under their own rules. Please request a refund there.

5. Donations

Donations are voluntary gifts and are not refunded. If you donated by mistake (wrong amount, paid twice), write to us within 14 days and we will refund it.

6. LILIE STAR COINS, LILIE HEARTS and the LILIES SHOP

Coins and hearts are free in-app rewards, not money: they can't be bought, refunded or paid out. You can cancel a shop order until it ships, and the coins and hearts come back to your wallet. Coins or hearts spent on a wish-list suggestion are not given back.

7. Access codes

Access codes are free and give lifetime access, so there is nothing to refund. A support subscription on top can be cancelled or withdrawn like any other; your free access stays.

8. How to ask for a refund

Go to Settings → Help & Support → Subscription & payments, or email liliesuniverse.support@gmail.com with your account email and the payment date. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days; banks usually show them after 5–10 days.
